Real estate marketing traditionally focuses on attracting buyers and sellers. With Nestor, we took a different approach. Instead of targeting end clients, this campaign was designed to speak directly to real estate agents, offering them a solution to one of their biggest challenges: time.
Understanding the Concept
Nestor is more than just a real estate banner; it is a service designed to simplify agents’ lives by handling non-value-adding tasks, allowing them to focus entirely on their clients and careers. The challenge was to create a brand identity and an advertising campaign that not only introduced Nestor but also convinced agents to embrace a new way of working—a bold move in an industry where loyalty to traditional models runs deep.
The strategy was clear: instead of focusing on commissions or tools, we highlighted what truly matters—freeing agents from administrative burdens so they can focus on their clients. This shift in messaging positioned Nestor as more than just another brokerage; it became a movement designed to reshape the real estate profession.

From creative direction to campaign execution, we managed every aspect of the project to ensure a cohesive and impactful rollout. Our team oversaw:

Visually, the campaign needed to stand apart from the usual industry norms. We avoided generic real estate imagery in favor of a storytelling approach, using relatable scenarios to emphasize the contrast between an agent’s daily workload and the freedom Nestor provides. The result was a fresh, modern, and agent-focused campaign that spoke directly to its intended audience.
Overcoming Challenges & The Learning Curve
Breaking into an established industry with a new brand is never easy, especially when the goal is to shift perceptions. Real estate agents are used to working within familiar systems, making it a challenge to introduce them to an entirely new approach.

Another key challenge was managing the scale of the production. With so many elements—scripting, set design, wardrobe, and visual execution—it required meticulous planning to ensure that everything aligned with the brand’s vision.
