Project Description
We partnered with a new real estate banner in Quebec to develop a brand identity reflecting its commitment to simplifying brokers’ lives by handling non-value-adding tasks. This allows brokers to focus entirely on their clients and careers.
The campaign took an unconventional approach, targeting real estate agents instead of end clients—an uncommon strategy in the industry. Our goal was to connect with agents, address their daily challenges, and position Nestor as a game-changer in their professional experience. This was a bold move for the brand and a first for Welldone, which handled everything from creative direction to production ideation, locations, wardrobe, professionals, scripting, messaging, and the campaign slogan.The biggest challenge was convincing agents to transition to Nestor in an industry where loyalty runs deep. Instead of focusing on commissions or tools, we highlighted what truly matters: freeing agents from administrative burdens so they can focus on clients. This campaign wasn’t just about promoting a brand—it was about reshaping industry perceptions and creating a movement. It was a significant challenge, and to this day, we are grateful to Jean-Philippe & Mathieu for their trust.
